A Day Out at the Royal Engineers Museum
Last week, some of our partners and volunteers enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Royal Engineers Museum in Gillingham, and what a day it was!
The group had a wonderful time exploring the fascinating exhibits, learning about the incredible history and achievements of the Royal Engineers, and discovering just how much local heritage there is right on our doorstep. There was plenty to see (and even more to talk about), from historic uniforms and medals to impressive military vehicles and displays.
Of course, no wHoo Cares trip would be complete without a bit of fun, and our group loved getting into the spirit of things with some dressing up and photo opportunities along the way!
Days like these are what community is all about bringing people together, sharing experiences, and creating memories that last. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such an enjoyable outing. A special thanks goes our to all of the volunteers and staff who made the trip possible.
