First contact with wHoo Cares, working with people to put together a plan on how we can support them moving forward.

DEMENTIA BEFRIENDER

Offering a person-centered approach to individuals with dementia. Wherever possible, finding ways to adapt a person’s past hobbies and interests into meaningful activities they enjoy, whilst offering support and advice to their carers.

LIFE PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR

Supporting the Life Planning Coordination reaching out to those referred to us and providing continuous support and review for them and those we currently support.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Looking after our team of volunteers. Responsible for full induction and volunteer matching, as well as training opportunities and recruitment.

VOLUNTEER ADMINISTRATOR

Supporting the Volunteer Coordinator look after the volunteers and keeping systems up-to-date

First point of contact for all enquiries and comments. Housekeeping and office safety.
