Reflecting on a Remarkable Day for Mental Health Awareness!

The Team would like to thank everyone who joined us at our recent Mental Health Awareness and Information Event in our wonderful rural community!

Many joined us and we were moved by the feedback from local people. It's clear that mental health support is a pressing need in our community, and we're here to listen, learn, and act!

Depression and anxiety are common concerns, and we are committed to finding ways to provide the support needed. As an organisation that works to prevent loneliness we know this is also a significant factor affecting many lives, and we will continue to work hard to tackle this is in our community. Remember, you're never alone in your struggle. Reach out, and we'll be here for you!

We'd like to extend our thanks to all the other support organisations that joined us on the day, generously offering information about their services. Together, we are stronger, and we'll continue to collaborate to ensure our community thrives in mind and spirit!
